How to top up

How payments work

DID registration

Send HBAR to wallet 0.0.10394452 with your Ed25519 public key as the memo (z… format). Fixatum detects the payment within 10 seconds. Underpayment is retained. Overpayment issues the DID and retains the excess.

Query account top-up

Send any amount of HBAR to 0.0.10394452 with no memo. Fixatum credits your sending account instantly. Each paid query deducts 0.01 HBAR and returns your remaining balance in the response.

No refunds

All HBAR transfers are final and non-refundable. This is the nature of blockchain payments. The registration amount is exactly 100 HBAR — a fixed, predictable number with no exchange rate risk.

Common questions

Why is the price fixed in HBAR?

Fixed HBAR pricing eliminates underpayment caused by exchange rate movement. 100 HBAR is the exact amount required — send that and your DID will be issued. The USD equivalent is shown for reference only and fluctuates with the market.

Can an AI agent register itself?

Yes. The entire registration flow is machine-callable. Agents hit GET /register with Accept: application/json to get a complete machine-readable spec — wallet address, memo format, required key type, and DID format — then send HBAR directly. No human required.

What happens if I send HBAR with no memo?

Any transfer of 1 HBAR or more with no memo is treated as a query account top-up and credited to the sending account. Transfers under 1 HBAR are silently filtered as dust.

Is my DID permanent?

Yes. Your DID is anchored to Hedera HCS topic 0.0.10394750 — a public, immutable ledger. Fixatum cannot delete or alter it. Even if Fixatum ceased to operate, the record remains on-chain and independently verifiable.

Why Ed25519 and not ECDSA?

The W3C DID specification and Hedera’s DID method use Ed25519 for key material. ECDSA keys (used by HashPack and most EVM wallets) are structurally incompatible. Generating a dedicated Ed25519 key pair takes seconds and is a one-time operation.

What does the score actually measure?

Four components: account age (0–25), provenance from verified HederaToolbox calls (0–40, with risk flag penalties up to -15), identity screening result (0–20), and a longevity/activity bonus (0–5). Total maximum is 100. Computed live on every query — never stored or cached.
